Co-founder & CEO, Netlify
Matt Biilmann
Matt runs Netlify, the company he co-founded to make shipping a website feel less like operating a datacenter and more like saving a file. Before that he was building a CMS in Madrid and watching the same infrastructure problem eat every project he touched.
In 2015 he stood up at a conference and gave the decoupled web a name — Jamstack — and spent the following decade arguing about what belongs at the edge, what belongs in a build step, and lately what belongs to the agents writing the code.
Named the Jamstack
and has been correcting the capitalization since
